Summer Fun!

Cassi's first day of Jr high! WaHoo 7th grade.

It's always good to see Danny and Krista! We only get to see them once a year and it was sure fun to see them this summer!

We had a one day reunion in pocatello for Brent's mom's side of the family. It was so good to see everyone!

We went to Grandpa Barclay's cabin in July and had a blast. We went canoeing, played on the four wheelers and had fun telling stories around the camp fire and just catching up!

Marcie and I did the provo 10k! It was awesome. She was such a good sister to come and do it with me. She started the mon. before the race on thurs. What a sport! Thanks Marcie your awesome. Mindy and Reecy also did the race but did the 5k. It was great they were there to cheer us in! Next year girls????

One of the highlights for the little kids this summer is swimming lessons. Sicily and Ethan loved it. Jess wasn't happy I put him in because he thought he was too old and already knew everything. Poor Sydney hated it and failed because she plugged her nose. She was very nervous of the deep end so she and Ethan will be in the same class next year.

Jess went for a run with me this summer and this is what happens to Jess when he takes a short cut through weeds and grass that were as tall as he was.

My mom is one of the smartest and most creative people I know. For every child's birthday she comes up with different ways to hid the kids birthday money. I almost didn't let her put this cake on my counter. After having cats, we so remember the litter box!!! She made a crumble cake with tootsie  roll poops and all it looked too real. 

Calgary fun!

In June Brent and I went to Calgary. I haven't been back for 15 years. I was so excited to get back but not a lot was the same. We had a great time and got to see some old friends.

As we were leaving they had tons of street hockey game all over downtown! Oh how I miss it sometimes.

I had to take Brent to Earls to eat. It was yummy but not the same as back in the day!

The biggest highlight was going to grandma and grandpa's house. Grandpa is the best cook in the whole world! We ate some the best pancakes, bacon and steak I've ever had! I sure love you guys! It was nice to visit with just them.

We have everything in english and french!

I wanted some pictures of things Canadian say differently than Americans for my kids. The bathroom is called the washroom.

This is Cathie and I. Brent picked me up from the airport and we went right to costco to pick up some Canadian treasures and eat some fries and gravy. It was soooooo good. 

Track meet, Boise, Vegas and Little bunny Sicily!

This is Sicily and Allie at pictures and first rehearsal for the sleeping beauty performance. Which will be held at orem high school in the 18th or the 21st. They are the darling bunnies at the very end of the performance. I was a little ticked that they weren't on stage longer. Anyways they loved it.

Cassi and the girls at their track and field meet. I felt so bad I missed all of the events she was in. She forgave me and loves me anyways.

Here is almost all of us in the "gangsta" van on our way to Vegas for our girls retreat! Marcie and I are in the front. I at the wheel and Marcie the Co- Captain. You know the one in charge of the music selection and passing the yummy treats around the van. Cassi and Kennedy got to come too.

This is my girlfriend from high school! We haven't seen each other for about five years and about ten before that. LeeAnn it was so good to see you. Troy, Tyler and Scout are darling. Your a lucky girl. Oh it was so good to see your mom too. What a treat!

Can you say cousins. This is half the reason we come to party in Boise. We are still missing five cousins too. Sorry the picture kinda sucks! They sure have fun together.

This is Isaac's sweet new car. A Caddie with sunroof and mustard and mayo tires. The car is sweet. Totally pimped out. I felt like I needed to be wearing a whole lot of gold chains around my neck when we rode in it. It will sure be fun Isaac.

We always have so much fun when we go to Boise. Watch Kaleb's air. The cousins all just play and the grown up just play too.

This is Ethan and I at his field trip to the Children's garden at thanksgiving point. It was really fun. We learned about what plants use less water and all about bumble bee's and lots more.
